Representative Green, Chair, moved and asked unanimous consent that            
the five day notice requirement in  Rule 23(a) of the Uniform Rules be         
waived so that the Judiciary Committee may hear the following on               
February 10, 1997:                                                             
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 120                                                            
An Act relating to the power of the attorney general to waive                 
immunity from suit in federal court; and providing for an effective            
date.                                                                          
                                                                               
There being no objection, it was so ordered.
